Power-assisted exercise

Our equipment is powered by electricity which enables the power assisted exercise machines to lift and support your body through a range of movements and enables the Hypervibe vibration platforms to vibrate your body. Click the video to see a demonstration of how the Tummy Crunch gently firms and flattens the entire abdominal group of muscles while straightening the lower back, mobilizing hips, knees and the buttocks.

Exercise circuit training

During your session you we recommend that you complete a 45 minute circuit of either:

Each machine is set to operate for a set time period and will be set to an intensity level suitable for you. Completion of each station in our circuits are optional at your discretion. Our staff will provide guidance, support and motivation during your sessions to assist you to achieve your goals. We recommend attending 3 sessions per week but you are welcome to come as often or as little as you like.

Physical assessments

On your first and every 12th session we will record the progress of our members and session-pack holders by completing the following optional and complimentary physical assessments:

  • Flexibility
  • Blood pressure and resting heart rate
  • Weight
  • % of body fat
  • Tummy fat rating
  • % of water in your body (to assess your hydration)
  • Muscle weight
  • Physique rating (according to the ratio of body fat and muscle mass in your body)
  • Metabolic rate and age
  • Bone weight
